So… we’ve got some updates…

No… it’s not a Stealth IPO… well… there might be one in this mix.

Gonna keep these short and sweet…

SouldGate (SSR) pulled their IPO.. apparently they got a private funding offer that they couldn’t refuse.

Miromatrix (MIRO) has been scheduled to June 24, 2021

NEW IPOs ADDED TO THE CALENDAR:

GROVE INC (GRVI) – June 24, 2021
Grove makes CBD products, and is floating just 2.2M shares. Sure. Why not.

Bon Natural Life (BON) – June 24, 2021
Ok, so this one is not a full-fledged stealth IPO, but it is hidden away down in the long list of IPOs this week, and is absent on many of the major IPO listing sites. It’s also a super-low float Chinese company, offering just 2M shares. They manufacture and sell personal care ingredients, such as fragrance compounds and natural health supplements. Sounds a little bit like WNW, which made a massive 3 day run on its IPO. I’ll be watching this one closely.

Monte Rosa Therapeutics (GLUE) – June 24, 2021
Biotech, 9.7M shares, pre-clinical, something to do with cancer treatments. Well beyond me and too many IPOs to play tomorrow as it is. Skip.

Alpha Teknova (TKNO) – June 25, 2021
They make reagents for bioprocessing, bioproduction, and molecular diagnostics. I don’t know much about this, and it’s a low float IPO with just 5M shares, but there’s a lot going on this week, and this may be one I miss.

Graphite Bio (GRPH) – June 25, 2021
This is a clinical-stage Gene Editing company that technologies that ‘find & replace” any gene in the human genome. Sounds like they compete with Crispr and Editas: two companies whose stocks have performed quite well, and Cathie Woods favorites. With a float of 12M shares, this one might be one to watch, even though it’s a biotech, and I generally shy away from those.

Elevation Oncology (ELEV) – June 25, 2021
I can’t keep up with all the cancer biotechs, 6.25M shares. Unless you know something special about this one, it’s a miss for me.

GH Research (GHRS) – June 25, 2021
This is a clinical stage biotech developing an inhaler for psychiatric and neurological disorders (depression). Ok, that sounds interesting. 8.3M shares, but this one needs some social chatter for it to run. Will keep an eye on it.

Missfresh (MF) – June 25, 2021
Grocery delivery in China. 21M shares. Could be good. Have some time to look it up.
